Commission Directive 2012/43/EU amending certain headings of Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This Directive modifies the headings in the first row of Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC concerning the placing of biocidal products on the market. The new headings include the following: minimum degree of purity of the active substance; date of inclusion; expiry date of inclusion; deadline for compliance; product type and specific provisions.
