Abstract
Pollen produced from maize MON 810, as or in foods and food ingredients, is authorized for the purposes of article 4(2) of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 in accordance with the conditions set out in this Decision. Article 4 provides for the inclusion of relating information in the European Community register of genetically modified food and feed, according to article 28 of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003.
