Commission Implementing Decision 2014/84/EU amending Implementing Decision 2013/426/EU on measures to prevent the introduction into the Union of the African swine fever virus from certain third countries or parts of the territory of third countries in which the presence of that disease is confirmed and repealing Decision 2011/78/EU.

The present Decision lays down some amendments to Decision 2013/426/EU as regards the measures to prevent the introduction into the European Union of the African swine fever virus from certain third countries. The amendments concern among others the definition of livestock vehicle, the information to be shown at the point of entry in the European Union by operators and drivers of livestock vehicles and checks to be carried out on such vehicles.
