Abstract
Pursuant to article 3 of Regulation (EC) No. 199/2008, this Decision adopts a multiannual Union programme for the collection, management and use of data in the fisheries sector. The programme is adopted for a period of three years for the purpose of ensuring uniform application of the obligation to collect and manage data.
