Abstract
This Decision establishes at European Union level the protection and surveillance zones to be established by the Member States listed in the Annex to this Decision, following an outbreak or outbreaks of highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry or captive birds in accordance with article 16(1) of Directive 2005/94/EC.
