Abstract
This Decision concludes that the actions undertaken by Trinidad and Tobago in light of its duties as flag State are insufficient to comply with Articles 94, 117, 118 and 119 of UNCLOS, Articles 18, 19 and 23 of UNFSA and Articles 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 of the PSMA. Therefore, this Decision amends Implementing Decision 2014/170/EU by adding the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago to the Annex reflecting the list of non-cooperating third countries.
