Abstract
This Decision establishes the European Union list of non-cooperating third countries provided for in article 33 of Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008. The list of non-cooperating third countries in fighting Illegal Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) fishing, as last amended by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/2517, includes the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Union of the Comoros, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the Republic of Cameroon, and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. This list is laid down in the framework of the European Union system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing.
