Abstract
The Annexes to Directives 2003/90/EU and 2003/91/EU are replaced by those laid down in Parts A and B in the Annex to this Directive, respectively. These Annexes lay down the lists of agricultural plant species which must comply with the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) test protocols and with Union for Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV) test guidelines.
