Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2017/1279 amending Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.

This Directive lays down some amendments to Annexes I to V to Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. These amendments concern the inclusion of harmful organisms Bactericera cockerelli (Sulc.), Keiferia lycopersicella (Walsingham), Saperda candida Fabricius and Thaumatotibia leucotreta (Meyrick) in the list of harmful organisms. Further amendments concern the deletion of other harmful organisms.
