Regulation amending Regulation on protection measures against the introduction of organisms which are harmful to plants or plant products.

This Government Regulation lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation on protection measures against the introduction of organisms which are harmful to plants or plant products in accordance with Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2017/1279 amending Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. In particular the present Regulation establishes the new list of harmful organisms import and transport of which is prohibited on the territory of all Member States of the European Union (replaced Annex 1), the list of harmful organisms import and transport of which is prohibited if they occur on certain plants or plant products (replaced Annex 2) and the list of plants and plant products import of which is prohibited from specified countries (replaced Annex 3).
