Abstract
This Regulation lays down some amendments to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 433/2012 as regards the scheme of control and enforcement applicable in the area covered by the Convention on future multilateral cooperation in the North-East Atlantic fisheries. Annex VIII, which lays down the Port State Control forms, Annex IX, laying down the inspection report form, are is replaced by the texts in Annex 1 and 2 respectively.
