Abstract
These Regulations lay down detailed provisions for the application of those set out under Regulation (EU) No. 1236/2010, which concerns the scheme of control and enforcement applicable in the area covered by the Convention on future multilateral cooperation in the North-East Atlantic fisheries. These Regulations concern in particular contact points for the purposes of receiving surveillance and inspection reports, monitoring measures (recording of catches, inspection of activities), port State control, port inspection report and communication of data.
