Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/186 laying down specific conditions applicable to the introduction into the Union of consignments from certain third countries due to microbiological contamination and amending Regulation (EC) No. 669/2009.

This Regulation sets out the conditions applicable to the introduction into the European Union of consignments of certain food (listed in Annex I) from certain third countries due to microbiological contamination. Consignments of foods shall only be introduced into the Union through the designated point of entry. Further conditions concern health certification, prior notification of consignments and official controls.
