Abstract
This Regulation updates legislation in force concerning veterinary checks and related documents. Firstly it amends Regulation (EC) No. 136/2004 laying down procedures for veterinary checks at Community border inspection posts on products imported from third countries. New article 10a on requirements for completing an electronic common veterinary entry document (CVED) is inserted. Further amendments regard Regulations No. 282/2004 and No. 669/2009, and they concern the model of common veterinary entry document for products and animals and for certain feed and food of non-animal origin.
