Abstract
This Regulation amends Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 433/2012 laying down detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No. 1236/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the transmission of reports and information to the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission. In particular, it replaces article 16, which concerns the communication to the NEAFC Secretary.
