Abstract
Annex I to this Regulation sets out the methods for sampling for the control of the levels of mycotoxins in foods. Annex II to this Regulation lays down the criteria for sample preparation and methods of analysis used for the control of the levels of mycotoxins in foodstuffs.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and shall apply from 1 April 2024.
