Abstract
This Regulation sets out specific conditions governing the import of food and feed originating in or consigned from Japan, in view of the accident that took place at the Fukushima nuclear power station. Feed and food which left Japan before 28 March, as well as products which have been processed or harvested before 11 March 2011, are excluded from the application scope. Specific provisions concern border inspection posts and designated points of entry.
