Abstract
This Regulation amends Regulation (EC) No. 318/2007 which lays down animal health conditions for imports of certain birds into the European Community and related quarantine conditions. In particular it supplements Annex I by including the Philippines in the list of third countries which can use the animal health certificate set out in Annex III of the same Regulation.
