Abstract
This Regulation lays down certain amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 1266/2007. The amendments concern minimum requirements for bluetongue monitoring and surveillance programmes to be implemented by Member States (Annex I) and, as regards transit of live animals, criteria for the vector protected establishment (Annex II).
