Abstract
This Regulation excludes the application of article 13 (1) of Regulation (EC) No. 1967/2006 in territorial waters of Italy adjacent to the coast of Liguria and Tuscany as regards fishing for transparent goby by boat seines which are used by vessels meeting the requirements specified in article 1 hereto. This derogation applies until 31 March 2014.
