Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions laid down in Regulation (EC) No. 865/2006 concerning the formalities and procedures to be followed prior to importing or exporting specimens of wild fauna and flora. The Regulation also sets out new provisions specifying the content of permits and certificates required to import and export species of wild flora.
