Abstract
This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 2075/2005 concerning the use of liquid pepsin for the detection of Trichinella in meat. In particular, it amends certain points of Chapters I and II of Annex I, which concern reference and equivalent methods for detection.
