Abstract
According to the principles governing the organic production at farm level established in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91, livestock must be fed on organically produced feedingstuffs. The present Regulation amends Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 so as to allow farmers to use a limited proportion of conventional feedingstuffs where they can show that organic feedingstuffs are unavailable.
