Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1303/2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1966/2006 on electronic recording and reporting of fishing activities and on means of remote sensing.

This Regulation sets out detailed provisions implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1966/2006 on electronic recording and reporting of fishing activities and on means of remote sensing. The implementing provisions deal with electronic transmission of data by (i) masters of vessels or their representatives and (ii) entities or persons responsible for first sale or take over of fishery products. Particular provisions are also laid down with respect to the functioning of the electronic recording and reporting system, as well as data exchange among Member States.
