Abstract
The present Regulation approves checks on conformity to the marketing standards applicable to apples, pears and kiwi fruit carried out by New Zealand prior to import into the European Community, in compliance with article 7 of Regulation (EC) No. 1148/2001. The certificates issued following the checks must be compiled in conformity with the model set out in Annex II to this Regulation.
