Abstract
This Regulation lays down specific provisions concerning sampling of meat from bovines, porcines and poultry, as well as sampling of flocks of origin of eggs. These provisions aim at establishing special guarantees concerning salmonella for consignments to Finland and Sweden of meat and eggs.
