Abstract
This Regulation lays down certain amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 2316/1999, which sets out implementing measures as regards the support system for producers of certain arable crops. By way of derogation from article 19 (1) of Regulation (EC) No. 2316/1999, for the 2004/5 marketing year Member States may also accept: (a) areas at least 10 metres wide and covering 0,1 ha; (b) for properly justified environmental reasons, areas at least 5 metres wide and covering 0,05 ha.
