Abstract
Particular amendments are hereby laid down to the Annexes attached to Regulation (EC) No. 92/2005 laying down provisions in implementation of Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 on health rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption. The amendments laid down in the present Regulation refer to certain alternative means of disposal and use of animal by-products, namely the processes of alkaline hydrolysis, of high pressure hydrolysis biogas, of biodiesel production and of combustion of animal fat in a thermal boiler.
