Abstract
These provisions amend Regulation (EC) No. 1266/2007 dealing with the control, monitoring, surveillance and restrictions on movements of certain animals of susceptible species in relation to bluetongue by replacing Annex III. This Annex lays down the conditions for exemption from the exit ban referred to in article 7, paragraph 2 (a) and article 8, paragraph 1 (a).
