Abstract
Organic products which are imported from third countries into the Community may be marketed on the condition that they originate in a third country appearing in a specific list to be drawn up by the Commission, as per article 11 of Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 and as long as the competent authority in the country of origin has issued a proper certificate of inspection. The list aforementioned has been included in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No. 94/92, which is hereby amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation. Precisely, unprocessed crop products as well as processed crop products intended for human consumption within the meaning of article 1(1)(a) of Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91 originating in Costa Rica may be imported into the Community.
