Abstract
The present Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 which establishes health rules applicable to animal by-products not intended for human consumption. Article 12 (3) dealing with the approval of incineration and coincineration plants is amended as set forth in article 1, paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Regulation. Moreover, Annexes I to IX are amended in accordance with the Annex hereby attached.
