Abstract
This Regulation lays down a number of amendments and addenda to Regulation (EC) No. 445/2002 which implements Regulation (EC) No. 1257/1999 relative to the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF). Particular provisions contained in Chapter II of Regulation (EC) No. 445/2002 on general rules and administrative and financial provisions are hereby amended or replaced. On the other hand, new articles 45a and 62a are added. In accordance with new article 45a, Member States shall make available to the Commission a consolidated electronic version of their programming documents. Lastly, Annex II concerning rural development plans is amended as set out in the Annex hereto.
