Commission Regulation (EEC) No. 2868/88 laying down detailed rules for the application of the Scheme of Joint International Inspection adopted by the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization.

On the basis of article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No. 1956/88, this Regulation lays down detailed rules to implement the Scheme of Joint International Inspection, giving particular regard to (i) the participation of the Community in that Scheme by assigning Community inspectors, (ii) the notification and investigation of apparent infringements, and (iii) the cooperation of the Member States and the Commission in these matters.
