Abstract
The aim of this Regulation is to update Regulation (EC) No. 2099/2002 establishing a Committee on Safe Seas and the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (COSS). In particular it replaces the text of article 2 (2) as regards references to Community maritime legislation.
