Abstract
This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EU) No. 142/2011, which sets out implementing measures for the public and animal health rules for animal by-products and derived products. The amendments concern the circumstances under which certain operators (such as operators handling or generating game trophies) may be exempeted from notification duties. Furthermore, this Regulation replaces the text in article 25 (2), which lists the animal products that shall not be subject to any animal health conditions in order to be imported into or transit through the European Union.
