Abstract
According to this Regulation, Member States wishing to apply the measures laid down in article 27 of Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 on behalf of the most deprived persons in the European Union must inform the Commission each year no later than 1 February preceding the period of implementation of the annual plan referred to in article 2 hereto.
