Abstract
With the present Decree are laid down detailed rules for the implementation of the 2012 European Community programme concerning supply of food (cheese of protected geographical indication) for the benefit of the most deprived persons in the country and are also established the terms and procedures for tenders and bids for the distribution of the foodstuffs, in application of Regulations (EU) Nos. 1234/2007, 807/2010 and 208/2012. The foodstuffs shall have specific packaging and labelling. The national Plan establishes the amount of 4.500.000,00 € to be allocated to cheese distribution.
