Abstract
The Annexes to Directive 77/99/EEC are hereby amended laying down new rules on hygiene measures during the production of meat products. New rules on health marks are set so that meat products must carry a health mark. Marking must be carried out during or immediately after manufacture in the establishment or wrapping centre, in an easily visible place in legible and indelible characters which are easy to distinguish.
