Abstract
By virtue of this Regulation, the Council of the European Union approves the conclusion of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire. Furthermore, the Regulation provides for the allocation among certain Member States of the fishing opportunities set out in the Protocol annexed to the Agreement above-mentioned.
