This Agreement establishes the conditions governing access by European Community fishing vessels to Côte d’Ivoire’s fishing zones. Furthermore, the Agreement sets forth the principles, rules and procedures governing economic, financial, technical and scientific cooperation in the fisheries sector with a view to promoting responsible fishing in Côte d’Ivoire’s fishing zones.
