Abstract
This Regulation amends Directive 2008/98/EC laying down measures to protect the environment and human health by preventing or reducing the adverse impacts of the generation and management of waste and by reducing overall impacts of resource use and improving the efficiency of such use. In particular it amends Annex III to that Directive as regards the hazardous property HP 14 Ecotoxic . HP 14 Ecotoxic is defined as waste which presents or may present immediate or delayed risks for one or more sectors of the environment.
