Abstract
This Regulation fixes the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks in the Baltic Sea for 2019 and amends certain fishing opportunities in other waters fixed by Regulation (EU) 2018/120. These provisions apply to European Union fishing vessels operating in the Baltic Sea, as well as to recreational fisheries (where they are expressly referred to in the relevant provision).Chapter II (Fishing opportunities) sets out TACs and allocations, and conditions for landing of catches and by-catches.
