Council Regulation (EU) 2018/120 fixing for 2018 the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks, applicable in Union waters and, for Union fishing vessels, in certain non-Union waters, and amending Regulation (EU) 2017/127.

This Regulation fixes the fishing opportunities available in European Union waters and to European Union fishing vessels in certain non-Union waters, for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks. Provisions on Total Allowble Catches and allocations are set out. These provisions apply to European Union fishing vessels as well as to third-country vessels in Union waters. In specified cases, they also apply to recreational fisheries. The Regulation is composed of the following Titles: (I) General provisions; (II) Fishing opportunities for Union fishing vessels; (III) Fishing opportunities for third-country vessels in Union waters; (IV) Fishing opportunities for 2017; (V) Final provisions.
