Abstract
This Regulation provides for the allocation of the fishing opportunities laid down under the Protocol to the Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Federated States of Micronesia on fishing in the Federated States of Micronesia. Those fishing opportunities are allocated among (a) tuna purse seiners flying the flag of Spain and France, and (b) surface longliners flying the flag of Spain
