Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Federated States of Micronesia on fishing in the Federated States of Micronesia.

This Protocol establishes the conditions governing fishing activities carried out by European Union vessels in the Federated States of Micronesia. Furthermore it sets out the related financial contribution and methods of payment. The conditions above-mentioned include measures on the issue of fishing licences, provisions on fishing zones, catch recording arrangements and the vessels monitoring system.
