Abstract
This Regulation supplements Regulation (EU) No. 43/2012 as well as Regulation (EU) No. 44/2012 by inserting provisions on the protection of giant manta ray (Manta birostris) in all waters. The Annex lays down further amendments on related fishing opportunities.
