Abstract
This Protocol sets out for a period of two years the fishing opportunities granted under article 5 of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Madagascar. Further it provides for financial contribution from the European Union and related methods of payment. The Annex to the Protocol lays down conditions for the exercise of fishing activities by European Union fishing vessels in the fishing zone of Madagascar.
