Abstract
This Regulation lays down amendments to Regulation (EU) 2017/2403 as regards fishing authorizations for European Union fishing vessels in United Kingdom waters and fishing operations of United Kingdom fishing vessels in European Union waters. These amendments are adopted in view of the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union: when the Common Fisheries Policy shall cease to apply to the United Kingdom, United Kingdom waters (territorial sea and adjacent exclusive economic zone) will no longer be part of European Union waters.
