Abstract
This Regulation includes milk and milk products producers’ organizations as well as related interbranch organizations in the organizations that may be officially recognized by Member States. Furthermore Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 is supplemented by inserting provisions on contractual negotiations in the milk and milk products sector by producers’ organizations.
