Abstract
The Order applies to the recognition of production organizations and associations dealing with milk and milk products. These production organizations shall need authorization and approval from the Danish Agri-Fish Agency in order to trade their products. Regulations of this Order shall adhere to EU rules.
The Order consists of 5 Chapters: Scope and content (1); Definitions (2); Members and approval (3); Negotiations with dairy producers (4); Final provisions (5).
